Welcome to the Myobody Massage Clinic!

Massage therapy is my passion. I help resolve acute and long term injuries, daily muscle tightness, and posture related bio-mechanical issues. I opened the massage clinic with one main aim, to restore pain free movement for each of my clients. I offer a variety of treatment that are fully tailored to your needs.

Whether you're looking for just a relaxing massage or a deep tissue sports massage, we have you fully covered here at the Myobody Massage Clinic.

RELAXATION MASSAGE
This massage consists of gentle kneading, light tapping, slow strokes and other advanced relaxation techniques to put you in a state of total tranquility.
During this treatment the body releases different hormones that have a huge therapeutic effect on
the body. Massage increases endorphins, serotonin
and dopamine to leave you feeling amazing.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep Tissue also known as a "Sports Massage" involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.
This massage helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury or muscle overstrain and aids in reducing muscle tension.

HOT STONES MASSAGE
During this treatment, multiple hot stones are moved around your body and worked into the muscle with light pressure. The heat will be warm but gentle, encouraging muscle relaxation.
This treatment is normally combined with massage techniques, such as kneading, circular movements and petrissage (deep kneeding) to enhance your experience.
DRY CUPPING THERAPY
Dry cupping is a form of massage where specialist cups are applied and left onto the skin for a few minutes to create a deep suction. This increases rapid blood circulation to the area, allowing muscle tissue to release tension.

By increasing the blood circulation to the area, this will bring more oxygen to an area of tension to ease pain. Cupping can assist with deep rooted knots in the muscle or areas of the body that aren't receiving a lot of blood flow.
